What’s your return policy?
We will describe our items as well as we can, some items are sold for parts only, some are tested and run, some show power on but not running because we cannot hookup due possibly to the item's power needs. We have offered returns in the past and have received our items back with missing parts and damaged due to improper return packaging and so on. We now have a no return policy/ no refund policy. I would like to add that we have a 100% feedback rating of over 700 items sold on Ebay.

Why do you need a separate website if they are for sale on Ebay?
To cater to a larger audience of customers and unlike Ebay, customers can call directly for immediate response.
